All Join My Cult products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Shipping Policy

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You will be able to see the shipping cost at checkout.

• Shipping Methods: We use a variety of shipping methods depending on the size and weight of the order, including USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

• Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. See chart above for your items expected timeline.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website

Returns Policy

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items – Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Lost Packages – For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Please Contact Us you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at our discretion.

Our goods are made at the customer’s request to the customer’s specifications therefore joinmycult.com reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
